Islamabad: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Chaudhry Salik Hussain convened a landmark meeting with scholars and religious leaders across various faiths, led by Maulana Abdul Khabeer Azad, to forge a unified front against terrorism and misuse of religious doctrines. According to Press Information Department, the meeting underscored a national initiative, with both ministers emphasizing the critical need for collaboration among government, scholars, and community leaders to safeguard future generations and uphold public safety. They outlined a strategy to disseminate a message of peace and unity through various religious platforms and engage with provincial leaders to reinforce this narrative nationwide.
