Pakistan Maritime Security Agency Conducts 12th Barracuda Exercise in Karachi

Karachi, The Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA) officially commenced its 12th Barracuda exercise today at its headquarters in Karachi, marking a significant event in the field of maritime security and cooperation.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the exercise was inaugurated in the presence of the Caretaker Minister for Climate Change, Ahmed Irfan Aslam, who attended as the Chief Guest. The event drew notable attention as observers from thirteen friendly countries joined officers of the Pakistan Navy and Pakistan Maritime Security Agency for this occasion.

The Barracuda exercise is an important platform for demonstrating and enhancing the capabilities of Pakistan’s maritime security forces. It also serves as a significant opportunity for international collaboration and the sharing of best practices in maritime security and surveillance.
