Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan Seek to Bolster Economic and Political Ties

Bishkek, Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani of Pakistan met with President Sadyr Zhaparov of Kyrgyzstan in Bishkek, outlining a shared ambition to fortify their countries’ economic, political, and educational ties.

According to a news release by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, President Zhaparov expressed Kyrgyzstan’s keen interest in deepening cooperation, both bilaterally and within broader international platforms. Notably, he highlighted the significant potential for escalating mutual trade ventures between Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan.

Furthermore, Foreign Minister Jilani convened with his Kyrgyz counterpart. The two diplomatic leaders concurred on a structured mechanism to amplify their countries’ political, economic, and connectivity relationship.
