Islamabad, Minister of State for IT and Telecommunication Shaza Fatima Khawaja encouraged a delegation of Saudi IT companies to consider partnerships and joint ventures in Pakistan during their visit on Monday. The meeting aimed to foster a collaborative business environment and highlight the potential benefits of investing in Pakistan’s growing tech sector.
According to Press Information Department, during the discussion, Minister Khawaja emphasized the supportive infrastructure and stable policies that Pakistan offers to foreign investors, particularly in the tech industry. She highlighted the synergies between Pakistani technical expertise and the expansive Saudi market, urging the Saudi delegation to capitalize on these opportunities.
The meeting also featured prominent figures such as Ms. Tania Aidirus, Convener Digital Pakistan Committee, Additional Secretary MoITT, Ms. Aisha Humera Moriani, and Member Telecom Muhammad Jahanzeb Rahim, who contributed to the discussions on enhancing IT cooperation between the two nations.
