Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi Grants Over 3,000 Visas to Indian Sikh Pilgrims.

New Delhi: The Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi has successfully issued more than 3,000 visas to Sikh pilgrims from India. These visas will allow the pilgrims to participate in the upcoming birthday celebrations of Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji, which are scheduled to take place in Pakistan from the 14th to the 23rd of this month.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the announcement was made through a post on the High Commission’s social media platform X. Charge d’Affaires Saad Ahmad Warraich expressed his heartfelt felicitations to the pilgrims and extended his wishes for a fulfilling yatra.

The issuance of these visas is part of ongoing efforts to facilitate religious visits and strengthen cultural ties between the two neighboring countries. The celebrations of Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s birthday are a significant event for Sikh devotees, and the opportunity to visit Pakistan for these celebrations holds immense spiritual importance for them.
