Pakistan Government Takes Legal Steps Against Terrorists Following Damaging Phone Call

Islamabad: The Pakistani government has initiated legal proceedings following the emergence of a phone call between known terrorists Noor Wali Mehsud and Ahmed Hussain, which led to recent attacks on government properties and educational institutions.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, law enforcement agencies have conducted a forensic analysis confirming the identities of the voices on the call as Kharji Noor Wali Mehsud and Ahmed Hussain, alias Ghat Haji. During the conversation, Mehsud is heard directing Hussain to carry out attacks, which subsequently included the bombing of a girls’ school in the Mir Ali area of North Waziristan and the murder of a teacher, Meera Jan, in the Tank area.

The government’s response has been firm, with authorities declaring that those involved in terrorism will face full legal consequences. The source emphasized that the manipulation of religious doctrines to justify such acts of terror and violence against innocents is intolerable and will be aggressively prosecuted.
