Islamabad: The Pakistan-EU Business Forum is poised to take place in Islamabad from May 14 to 15, aiming to strengthen economic cooperation between the two regions. The event will highlight Pakistan’s potential across sectors like Energy, Green Logistics, Pharmaceuticals, Information Technology, and Textiles.
The European Union delegation in Islamabad announced that the forum will serve as a platform for dialogue between the government and private sector stakeholders. The discussions are expected to focus on improving the regulatory framework and facilitating trade.
EU Ambassador Dr. Riina Kionka emphasized the growing recognition of Pakistan as a potential business hub by European companies. The forum will also see the launch of the EU-Pakistan business network, which will bring together over 300 European companies operating in Pakistan.
