Abu Dhabi: The Embassy of Pakistan, in partnership with the Bank of Punjab, hosted a webinar today to discuss enhancements and successes of the Roshan Digital Account (RDA) initiative, designed to provide Non-Resident Pakistanis (NRPs) and Pakistan Origin Card (POC) holders with streamlined access to banking services in Pakistan.

According to Press Information Department, the webinar featured prominent speakers including H.E. Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, Ambassador of Pakistan to the UAE; Mr. Syed Ali Raza, Head of PRI; Mr. Nofel Daud, Chief Digital Officer at BOP; Mr. Salman Saeed, Head of Home Remittance, RDA and FDA Division; and Mr. Suneel Sarfraz Munj, Founder and CEO of PakWheels. The session also introduced new facilities under the RDA banner, such as Roshan Apna Ghar and Roshan Apni Gari, aimed at enhancing the financial inclusion of overseas Pakistanis and encouraging investment in the country’s real estate and automotive sectors. The webinar was well-attended by Pakistani community members and business leaders throughout the UAE, underscoring a continued effort to engage and support the expatriate community in contributing to Pakistan’s economic growth.
