Pakistan Engineering Council Outlines Strict Criteria for Advertising Agency Contract

Islamabad: The Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) has detailed its requirements and expectations for advertising agencies interested in managing its promotional and publicity needs for the next two years. The council is looking for agencies with robust capabilities across various advertising and media platforms to enhance its public communication efforts.

According to Pakistan Engineering Council, agencies wishing to participate must comply with a stringent set of requirements, including a minimum of ten years of relevant experience, registration with recognized authorities like the Press Information Department (PID), and possession of a valid national tax number.

The selection process will adhere to the guidelines set by the PID Policy 2021, recently amended in 2022, emphasizing the council’s commitment to transparency and quality in its collaborations. Applications must be submitted in sealed envelopes and will undergo a thorough review process, including presentations before the PEC Selection Committee.
