Pakistan Condemns Israeli Forces’ Actions at Al-Aqsa Mosque

Islamabad: Pakistan has issued a strong condemnation of what it describes as the storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque by Israeli occupation forces. The government labeled the action a direct assault on the sanctity and historical significance of the revered site, asserting that it violates international law and relevant United Nations resolutions.

According to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan firmly rejects any attempts by Israeli authorities to alter the religious, historical, and legal status of Al-Aqsa Mosque. The government has called on the international community to take urgent actions to prevent such provocations and preserve the site’s historical character.

Pakistan reiterated its steadfast support for the Palestinian cause, emphasizing the right to self-determination for the Palestinian people. It advocates for the creation of an independent and sovereign State of Palestine, based on pre-June 1967 borders, with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.
