Pakistan Condemns Extremist Attack on Its Consulate in Frankfurt

Frankfurt: Pakistan has condemned an attack on its consulate in Frankfurt, Germany, which occurred yesterday when a group of extremists breached the security of the diplomatic facility, endangering consular staff.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the Foreign Office issued a statement today expressing a strong protest to the German government over its failure to uphold the security obligations outlined in the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, 1963.
