Islamabad, Pakistan announced the successful training launch of its Ghauri Weapon System, a key initiative aimed at testing the operational and technical readiness of the Army Strategic Forces Command (ASFC).

According to a news release by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the significant launch was closely observed by the Commander of the Army Strategic Force Command, as well as senior officers from strategic forces, and the scientists and engineers from the strategic organization. The demonstration was deemed a substantial reflection of the Army Strategic Forces’ training and operational readiness, evident from the proficient handling of the Weapon System in the field and the achievement of both operational and technical goals.

Expressing his satisfaction, the Commander ASFC praised the standard of training and the contributions of scientists and engineers in bolstering Pakistan’s strategic capability.

Further emphasizing the importance of this milestone, the President, the Prime Minister, the Chairman Joint Chief of Staff Committee, and the Services Chiefs extended their congratulations to the participating troops, scientists, and engineers for the successful execution of the training launch.
