According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Ambassador Akram highlighted the historical context of Pakistan’s engagement with the UN, noting its membership initiation just a month post-independence and its sustained active participation in promoting global peace, cooperation, and friendship in alignment with UN Charter values.
