Islamabad, September 28, 2021 (PPI-OT):Deputy Speaker National Assembly Qasim Khan Suri said that Pakistan-China Relation is based upon mutual goal of regional development and prosperity. He said that Pakistan can learn from their Chinese brethren’s that how they empower their challenges as they are leading their people on the path of progress and development.
He said that Chinese policies in the region are based upon mutual principles of co-existence and tolerance. He expressed these views while addressing the event “Xinxiang is a Wonderful Land” hosted by Government of Xinjiang in collaboration with Chinese Embassy in Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Services (PIPS) in Islamabad today.
Deputy Speaker Qasim khan Suri said that relations between Pakistan and China are based upon mutual respect, trust and common interest and this 70th Anniversary of diplomatic relations between china and Pakistan prove that our relations are getting stronger with every passing moment.
He also said that there has been false propaganda against Chinese government of violation of basic rights in Xinjiang Region as he himself visited this largest province with parliamentary delegation. He also said that development and prosperity in Xingjiang regions reflected the friendly policies of Xingjiang Government in the province. He thanked the Chinese Ambassador in Pakistan Mr. Nong Rong and Xingjiang Government for organizing this event.
Chinese Ambassador in Pakistan Mr. Nong Rong said that Xinjiang is on track of development as all diverse communities have freedom to lead their lives according to their religious believers and ethnic identities. He said that some powers are propagating against china which is baseless and groundless. Minister for Religious Affairs Mr. Noor-Ul-Haq Qadri also addressed the event. Later on, Deputy Speaker National Assembly Qasim Khan Suri was also interviewed by CCTV the world’s most watched news programme of China.
