Pakistan Army Soldiers Receive Full Military Honors at Funerals


Islamabad: Soldiers of the Pakistan Army, martyred in recent terror attacks in Balochistan, were honored with full military ceremonies during their funerals held in their native areas. These tributes come as a somber reminder of the ongoing challenges faced by the nation’s security forces in combating terrorism.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed that the ceremonies included funeral prayers and burial rites, attended by high-ranking army officials, fellow soldiers, the martyrs’ family members, and local dignitaries. The soldiers, who lost their lives on the 25th and 26th of this month in various confrontations with terrorists, included Naik Abdul Majid Shaheed, Sepoy Muhammad Saqlain Shaheed, Sepoy Zeeshan Ullah Shaheed, Sepoy Muhammad Shahryar Shaheed, Sepoy Ghulam Muhammad Shaheed, and Sepoy Zakir Khan Shaheed.



The nation’s security apparatus continues to express a strong resolve against threats to peace, stability, and development in Balochistan, vowing that the sacrifices of these heroes will not be forgotten.
