Pakistan Army Achieves Milestone with Successful Fatah-II Rocket Launch


Islamabad, In a significant development, the Pakistan Army conducted a successful training launch of the Fatah-II Guided Rocket System, designed to extend up to 400 kilometers. This launch is part of a broader strategy to enhance the precision and reach of the nation’s military capabilities.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the training launch aimed to refine the procedures and execution of using the Fatah-II, which features an advanced navigation system, unique trajectory, and maneuverable capabilities. These features enable it to engage targets with high accuracy and effectively counter missile defense systems. The Fatah-II is set to be integrated into Pakistan’s Artillery Divisions for precise long-range engagements.



The event was observed by top military officials, including the Chief of the General Staff of the Pakistan Army, along with senior officers from the three services and the scientists and engineers involved in the project. Congratulatory messages were extended by the President, the Prime Minister, the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, the Chief of Army Staff, and all Services Chiefs, praising the successful launch and the teams involved.
