ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s armed forces are intensifying their retaliatory operations against the Afghan Taliban and Fitna al-Khwarij as part of an ongoing campaign, Operation Ghazab Lil-Haq. The military has successfully destroyed key enemy positions along the Pak-Afghan border.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Pakistan Army has carried out a series of operations targeting Afghan Taliban posts in the Bajaur sector, employing guided missiles to dismantle their defenses. The security sources confirmed that these actions are part of a broader strategy to achieve the operation’s objectives.
In addition to actions in Bajaur, the military has targeted hideouts in the Kurram sector, resulting in the destruction of key positions used by both the Afghan Taliban and Fitna al-Khwarij. Security sources reported that several members of the Khwarij were killed, while others managed to flee during the operations.
The operations are set to continue until the strategic goals of Operation Ghazab Lil-Haq are achieved, according to security sources.
