Pakistan and United States Conclude Inaugural Infantry Rifle Company Exercise at NCTC Pabbi

Pabbi: The closing ceremony of the inaugural Pakistan – United States Infantry Rifle Company Exercise – 2024 was held at the National Counter Terrorism Centre, marking the end of a pivotal two-week training program. This first-time event focused on counter-terrorism tactics and shared military expertise between the two nations.

According to Inter Services Public Relations, the “Infantry Rifle Company Exercise – 2024” began on June 29 at the National Counter Terrorism Centre in Pabbi. Participants included a company from each nation’s army, demonstrating high standards of professional excellence throughout the exercise. The event was attended by high-ranking officials, including the General Officer Commanding 17 Division and Major General Charles G. Kemper from the United States Army.

The exercise aimed to refine military drills and procedures, enhancing counter-terrorism capabilities vital for both countries. Emphasis was placed on marksmanship and tactical skills required in urban warfare, with a focus on both individual and collective training.
