Pakistan and UK Commit to Strengthen Bilateral Partnership


Apia: During a sideline meeting at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Samoa, Pakistan and the United Kingdom have resolved to enhance their bilateral partnership and elevate their cooperation to a new level.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the agreement was reached during discussions between Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar, and British Foreign Secretary David Lammy. The talks encompassed a broad spectrum of topics with the aim of strengthening relations across various areas of mutual interest.



Deputy Prime Minister Dar expressed his appreciation for the ongoing collaboration between the two nations and extended a warm invitation to Secretary Lammy to visit Pakistan, signaling a continued commitment to deepening the ties between Pakistan and the UK.
