Pakistan and UAE Commit to Strengthen Bilateral Ties

Abu Dhabi: Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates have pledged to enhance cooperation across multiple sectors, following the Second Round of Bilateral Political Consultations held in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday.

During the discussions, both nations examined the full range of their bilateral relations and shared perspectives on regional and global issues of mutual interest. They reiterated their commitment to increasing coordination and dialogue in multilateral forums.

The delegations from both countries acknowledged the positive development in their bilateral relations. They expressed satisfaction with the progress achieved through existing mechanisms such as the Joint Ministerial Commission and regular leadership exchanges.

An agreement was reached to sustain the momentum of high-level exchanges and institutional engagements. The next round of consultations is planned to take place in Islamabad on a mutually agreed date.

Additional Foreign Secretary (Middle East) Shehryar Akbar Khan, leading the Pakistani delegation, highlighted the significance of further strengthening the strong ties between Pakistan and the UAE.
