Islamabad: Pakistan and Tajikistan have reached an agreement to enhance cooperation in digital media, business, and trade. This development emerged from a meeting between Tajik Ambassador Sharifzoda Yousuf Toir and Fahd Haroon, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Digital Media.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the discussions highlighted the potential for deeper collaboration, with a focus on strengthening long-term relations between the two countries. Both parties emphasized the importance of cooperation in digital media, business, and culture.
During the meeting, Fahd Haroon shared Pakistan’s initiatives aimed at engaging with international partners on digital matters. The dialogue included discussions on tackling misinformation and addressing the digital divide.
