Islamabad, In a significant advancement in bilateral relations, Pakistan and South Korea have inked an Aide-Mémoire outlining enhanced development cooperation for the years 2024 to 2026.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the agreement was signed by Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Sajid Manzoor Asadi, and Representative of the Economic Development Cooperation Fund Country Programme Mission from the Export-Import Bank of Korea, Mr. Bonhyun Koo.
This memorandum is set to bolster development initiatives, with a notable project including the construction of a Pediatric Hospital in Jamshoro, Sindh, for which South Korea has pledged $60 million. This collaboration marks a continuation of the growing economic and developmental ties between the two nations.
