Riyadh: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif met with Saudi Investment Minister Engr. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih and Adviser at the Saudi Royal Court Mohammad Bin Mazyad Al-Tuwaijri to review the progress on economic initiatives between the two countries.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, both sides recalled the Saudi Investment Minister’s recent visit to Pakistan, where he was accompanied by a large private sector delegation. During that visit, business-to-business Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were signed, which have begun to materialize into investment and commercial deals. The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of maintaining momentum to create new opportunities for a strong economic partnership.
Prime Minister Sharif expressed gratitude to Minister Khalid Al Falih for his commitment to fostering robust economic cooperation with Pakistan. He highlighted the need to capitalize on the economic opportunities arising from Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which could benefit both nations significantly.
