Islamabad, Pakistan and Russia have taken a significant step towards bolstering their bilateral relations by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This agreement focuses on enhancing cooperation in the fields of sports and culture.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the MoU was signed between the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination of Pakistan and the Sports Ministry of Russia. The signing ceremony saw Pakistan’s Ambassador to Russia, Muhammad Khalid Jamali, and Russian Sports Minister, Oleg Matytsin, formalizing the agreement.
This MoU marks an important milestone in the diplomatic relations between Pakistan and Russia, particularly in promoting mutual interests in the areas of sports and culture.
