Islamabad, In a recent telephonic exchange on the occasion of Eid ul Adha, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif of Pakistan and Amir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani of Qatar pledged to continue their collaboration towards enhancing peace, stability, and prosperity in the region.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the leaders discussed the symbolic importance of Eid ul Adha, emphasizing sacrifice, compassion, and unity. They also addressed the ongoing challenges in Palestine, calling on the international community to intensify efforts to halt violence and resolve the crisis.

The conversation reaffirmed the strong bilateral relationship between Pakistan and Qatar, which is rooted in mutual respect and shared values. The Prime Minister and the Amir explored opportunities to further strengthen their partnership, particularly in trade, investment, and labor sectors.

Prime Minister Sharif expressed gratitude for Qatar’s enduring support and cooperation. The leaders agreed to sustain their collaborative efforts to foster regional stability and development. Additionally, the Amir accepted an invitation for an official visit to Pakistan, with plans for the visit to be finalized soon.
