Islamabad: Pakistan and Morocco have expressed a strong desire to enhance their bilateral cooperation, focusing on collaborative training programs, joint military exercises, and industrial cooperation. The initiative was discussed in a meeting between Chief of the Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, and Inspector Royal Moroccan Air Force Major General Mohammed Gadih in Islamabad.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the Air Chief reiterated his commitment to strengthening the military partnership through comprehensive collaboration in joint training initiatives. These initiatives will encompass the entire spectrum of air power application, including basic and tactical level training for Moroccan Air Force personnel.
During the meeting, Major General Mohammed Gadih praised the technological advancements of the Pakistan Air Force and expressed Morocco’s interest in learning from Pakistan’s aerospace industrial achievements to enhance its operational capabilities. He conveyed his admiration for the state-of-the-art technological ecosystem he observed during his visit to the National Aerospace Science & Technology Park and showed keen interest in exploring collaborative opportunities in the industrial domain.
The discussions between the two officials covered a broad range of topics related to military cooperation, joint training, and collaboration in the industrial sector, marking a step forward in strengthening the ties between Pakistan and Morocco.
