Pakistan and Malaysia Strengthen Ties Ahead of Prime Ministerial Visit


Islamabad: In a significant step towards bolstering bilateral relations, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Ishaq Dar, held discussions with his Malaysian counterpart, Haji Mohamad Bin Haji Hasan, at the Foreign Office on Wednesday. The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation and finalizing preparations for the upcoming visit of the Malaysian Prime Minister to Pakistan.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the visit by the Malaysian Foreign Minister underscores the strong diplomatic and economic ties between the two nations. During the meeting, both ministers explored various areas of bilateral cooperation and discussed strategies to deepen ties across multiple sectors.



The discussions also served as a preparatory platform for the forthcoming high-level visit by the Malaysian Prime Minister, which is expected to further solidify the partnership between Malaysia and Pakistan. This visit is anticipated to result in significant bilateral agreements and joint initiatives that will benefit both countries.
