Islamabad, In a landmark video conference, Senate leaders from Pakistan and Malaysia united against Israeli atrocities in Palestine. The Chairman Senate of Pakistan, Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani, and the President of the Malaysian Senate, H.E. Tan Sri Dato Sri Dr. Haji Wan Junaidi bin Tuanku Jaafar, held a comprehensive dialogue focusing on the Palestine issue and mutual interests.

According to Senate of Pakistan, the discussion highlighted Pakistan’s effective advocacy for Palestine on the global stage, including a special Senate session that led to the unanimous condemnation of Israeli actions. The President of the Malaysian Senate praised Pakistan’s leadership and announced a similar upcoming session in Malaysia’s Senate to address the issue.

The leaders condemned Israel’s violations of international laws and norms and called for a united global response. They also discussed strengthening bilateral ties between Pakistan and Malaysia, emphasizing trade, investment, and joint advocacy for Palestine and Kashmir in international forums. The Chairman Senate’s invitation to his Malaysian counterpart to visit Pakistan was warmly accepted, marking a commitment to enhancing bilateral relations.
