Tehran: In a concerted effort to enhance bilateral relations, Mr. Mudassir Tipu, the Ambassador of Pakistan to Iran, has emphasized the importance of expanding trade and economic partnerships between Pakistan and Iran. During a dinner at Pakistan House, which hosted prominent figures from Iran’s business community, Ambassador Tipu advocated for leveraging the historical and cultural connections between the two nations to unlock greater economic potential.

According to Press Information Department, the event saw influential Iranian business leaders in attendance, including Mr. Karim Akhavan Akbari, President of the Rice Importers Association of Iran; Mr. Saber Khalafi of Limak Export; and other key executives from the food, agriculture, and textile sectors. Discussions at the dinner centered on creating mutually beneficial economic opportunities, with a particular focus on enhancing cooperation in significant sectors that promise growth for both countries.
