Islamabad: In a continuation of their ongoing partnership, Pakistan and France held a review meeting today to discuss bilateral political consultations and cooperation across various sectors.
According to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting, conducted by Ambassador Benoît Guidée, Director (Asia and Oceania) at the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, and Ambassador Shafqat Ali Khan, Additional Foreign Secretary (Europe) of Pakistan, focused on enhancing cooperation in trade, investment, education, culture, and consular matters. Both sides expressed satisfaction with the progress made under the Roadmap for Bilateral Cooperation signed in February 2023 and resolved to further strengthen their collaboration, particularly in economic and educational areas, ahead of the next round of bilateral political consultations later this year.
