Pakistan and China Discuss Bilateral Ties at SCO Meeting

Cholpon-Ata: Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met to discuss bilateral relations, regional developments, and multilateral cooperation on the sidelines of the SCO Council of Foreign Ministers Meeting in Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyz Republic.

According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting involved a productive exchange of views, with Deputy Prime Minister Dar expressing gratitude to Foreign Minister Wang Yi for acknowledging Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts for regional peace and stability during the SCO Council of Foreign Ministers Meeting. The Chinese Foreign Minister extended his best wishes to Pakistan for its upcoming chairmanship of the SCO Council of Heads of State and the hosting of the SCO Summit in 2027.
