Pakistan and Bahrain Strengthen Ties Through Youth Empowerment Initiatives


Islamabad: In a significant move to bolster bilateral relations, the Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, Mr. Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan, conducted a video call with Bahrain’s Minister of Youth Affairs, Her Excellency Rawan Bint Najeeb Towfeqi. The discussion centered on future collaborations aimed at empowering the youth of both nations, focusing on areas such as digital skills, entrepreneurship, volunteerism, and leadership training.



According to Press Information Department, the conversation between Mr. Khan and Her Excellency Towfeqi was a deep dive into the potential synergies between Pakistan’s Prime Minister’s Youth Programme and Bahrain’s youth initiatives. Both leaders acknowledged the pivotal role that young people play in the socio-economic frameworks of their countries and agreed on the importance of nurturing this demographic to face modern challenges.



Mr. Khan detailed the efforts under the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme to equip Pakistani youth with essential skills and opportunities.
