Pakistan and Bahrain Commit to Strengthening Bilateral Ties


Islamabad, In a significant move to bolster their bilateral relationship, Pakistan and Bahrain have concurred on enhancing their partnership by activating institutional cooperation. This decision was reached during a telephonic discussion between Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar and his Bahraini counterpart, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, focusing on the early convening of the Bilateral Political Consultations (BPC) and the Joint Ministerial Commission (JMC).



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the dialogue between the two ministers covered the broad spectrum of Pakistan-Bahrain relations, with both sides examining various avenues for expanding mutually beneficial cooperation. This agreement marks a pivotal step in the continued efforts of both nations to strengthen their ties, reflecting a mutual commitment to fostering deeper diplomatic and economic relations.



The emphasis on institutional cooperation through the BPC and JMC indicates a strategic approach to enhancing collaboration across multiple sectors, underscoring the importance of structured dialogue in achieving shared objectives.
