Pakistan and Azerbaijan Forge New Educational and Cultural Partnerships


Islamabad: In a significant diplomatic engagement, Ambassador Khazar Farhadov of Azerbaijan met with Rana Mashood Ahmed Khan, Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, to discuss new opportunities for cooperation in education, culture, and sports.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the meeting highlighted both countries’ commitment to enhancing youth development through collaborative initiatives. Rana Mashood Ahmed Khan outlined the government’s focus on equipping young Pakistanis with technical skills and broadening their educational and cultural horizons in partnership with Azerbaijan.



The discussions also ventured into the establishment of dual diploma courses that would allow students from both nations to earn academic qualifications recognized in both countries, an effort to foster deeper educational ties and enhance student mobility between Pakistan and Azerbaijan.



Ambassador Farhadov expressed enthusiasm for ongoing collaboration, emphasizing the importance of such partnerships in strengthening the bilateral relations further. Both leaders agreed on the potential of these initiatives to benefit youth and contribute to the socio-economic growth of their respective countries.
