Islamabad, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar emphasized Pakistan’s commitment to peace and its role as a responsible nuclear state during a report launch on National Security and Foreign Policy held in Islamabad today.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Minister Tarar expressed the country’s desire to enhance relations with neighboring nations and highlighted the government’s focus on economic security as a crucial priority. He addressed the significant portion of Pakistan’s population that is youthful, underscoring ongoing efforts towards their technical training and skill development with the motto “trade not aid.”
Furthermore, the Minister pointed to the information technology sector as a growing market in Pakistan, with increasing IT exports. He also noted the launch of two Safe City projects by the Chinese tech company Huawei, which are part of broader efforts to enhance national security and technological advancement.
