ROME: Pakistan has urged the international community to utilize artificial intelligence and digital technologies responsibly to enhance global food security. The call was made by Rana Tanveer Hussain, Pakistan’s Minister for National Food Security and Research, during a virtual address at a forum in Rome focused on “Harnessing Artificial Intelligence, Digitalization and Data Governance for Food Security and Nutrition.”
According to Radio Pakistan, Hussain emphasized Pakistan’s commitment to international collaboration, expressing the country’s intention to work closely with global partners. The aim is to leverage the transformative power of artificial intelligence and digitalization to create inclusive agrifood systems worldwide.
