Pak-Sweden Relations and Investment Prospects Discussed at Governor’s House


Karachi: In a recent meeting at the Governor’s House, Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tesori and the newly appointed Ambassador of Sweden, Alexandra Berg Von Linde, engaged in discussions focused on Pakistan-Sweden bilateral relations, investment opportunities, and boosting trade between the two nations.



According to Sindh Governor House, the meeting emphasized the strengthening of bilateral ties and explored potential avenues for Swedish investment in the province.



Governor Tesori congratulated Ms. Berg Von Linde on her new role and expressed optimism about the evolving relationship between Pakistan and Sweden. He underscored the potential for Swedish investors to engage in various sectors within Sindh, highlighting the province’s skilled workforce and attractive investment climate. The Swedish ambassador echoed this sentiment, noting the keen interest of Swedish investors in multiple sectors.



During her visit, Ambassador Berg Von Linde participated in several activities, including inspecting historical items related to Quaid-e-Azam and participating in a tree planting campaign at the Governor’s House. She also praised the Governor’s initiative of free training in modern IT courses, which she said promises a bright future for the youth. Additionally, the ambassador expressed appreciation for the ration distribution efforts, indicating their positive impact on local communities.
