Tarbela: A bilateral military exercise between Pakistan and Sri Lanka, dubbed ‘Shake Hands-II,’ has commenced at Tarbela, marking a collaborative effort in counter-terrorism training between the two nations.
According to Radio Pakistan: This two-week exercise involves the participation of Pakistan Army’s Special Services Group and the Sri Lankan Army’s Special Forces. The joint endeavor aims to enhance professional capabilities through shared training sessions. Through this exercise, both countries seek to further solidify their longstanding military relationship, offering an opportunity for participating troops to exchange operational experiences and expertise in counter-terrorism operations.
