Pak-China Relations Mark New Era, Focus on Economic Ties and CPEC Upgrades


Islamabad, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar announced today that Pakistan and China are entering a new era of their relationship, marked by significant economic collaboration and enhancements to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). The announcement came during a media briefing in Shenzhen, reflecting the ongoing discussions aimed at deepening cooperation across various sectors.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Minister Tarar highlighted the evolving nature of Pak-China relations, emphasizing the strategic upgrades being made to CPEC, a flagship project symbolizing the robust partnership between the two nations. These enhancements are expected to further integrate their economies and boost regional connectivity.



The Minister also noted that talks with Chinese counterparts are underway to expand cooperation in diverse sectors, signaling a broadened scope of interaction beyond traditional avenues. This shift is poised to inject new vigor into Pakistan’s economic landscape, potentially opening up new avenues for development and cooperation.
