Pak-Afghan Border at Torkham Closed for Third Consecutive Day


Torkham, The Pak-Afghan border at Torkham has remained closed for the third consecutive day, affecting commercial consignments. The closure was initiated on Saturday due to the failure of Afghan transporters to meet basic immigration requirements, including visa and passport documentation.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Officials at Torkham Border confirmed the ongoing closure, which has disrupted trade and movement between the two countries. Both border authorities held a flagship meeting today to discuss the potential reopening of the border in Torkham.
