OPF Chairman Encourages Expatriates to Invest in Pakistan’s Growing Economy


Islamabad: Syed Qamar Raza, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF), has called on expatriates to capitalize on investment opportunities in Pakistan. This initiative aligns with the Prime Minister’s efforts to bolster economic growth by engaging the diaspora more actively in national development.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, during a meeting with the Pakistan Business Forum in Islamabad, Chairman Raza emphasized the government’s commitment to facilitating Overseas Pakistanis and underscored the attractive opportunities available to foreign investors. He highlighted plans for an Overseas Pakistanis Convention set for December this year, aimed at fostering further foreign investment into Pakistan.



This push for increased expatriate involvement comes as part of a broader strategy to harness the potential of Overseas Pakistanis in driving economic progress and stability across the nation.
