On behalf of IG Punjab, the officers and officials continue to be encouraged for their duty and excellent performance

Lahore, March 21, 2023 (PPI-OT): Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has said that the officers and officials who stop the oppressors with bravery and courage during their duty and become the helpers of the oppressed are the pride and valuable assets of the department and no effort will be spared to honour them at all levels.

Dr. Usman Anwar directed that the police teams should be engaged in the spirit of service to eradicate crimes and provide services to the citizens and strengthen the atmosphere of trust between the police and the public with excellent performance.

IG Punjab said that officers and personnel who are responsible for the good name of the department are being encouraged at all levels and this policy will be continued. He expressed these views while awarding prizes to the best performing officers and personnel in the Central Police Office.

According to the details, the IG Punjab continues to encourage the officers and personnel for their duty and excellent performance and in this regard, IG Punjab has awarded 19 officers and workers with cash and certificates of appreciation worth around 28 lakh rupees.

These awards have been given to the officers and workers who have rendered brave, dutiful and honest service in different districts of the province. Rajanpur Police SHO Zabarar Ahmed and Imran Jameel have been encouraged with 115,000 each along with a CC One certificate among the award recipients.

Similarly, SHO Nawaid Nawaz and Saifullah of Rahim Yar Khan Police have been awarded 115,000 each with a CC One certificate. IG Punjab honoured Rahim Yar Khan Police ASI Ejazul Nabi and Constable Mohammad Amir with 126500 each along with CC One Certificate.

Lahore Police Sub-Inspectors Aamir Shehzad, Zubair, Head Constable Khurram Shehzad and Constable Mohammad Tayyab was awarded one lakh reward with CC1 certificate each, Bhakkar police constables Ali Haider, Zahid Maqsood and Zafar Iqbal Kofi were each awarded with one lakh reward with CC1 certificate.

Mianwali Police SHO Mohammad Fayaz was encouraged with 575000 reward and CC1 certificate, similarly Head Constable Amjad Faraz got 172500, Ameer Abdullah got 115000 and Azizullah got 287500 CC1 certificate while ASI Faisal Shahzad and Constable Zahid Nawaz was awarded a CC One certificate worth Rs 115,000 per month.

IG Punjab directed all the awardees to ensure that they discharge their duties with more diligence and conscientiousness than before. He said that all the officers and workers should keep the doors of their offices open for the citizens and spare no effort in solving the problems with good manners, sincerity and duty. Muah CC One certificate was given, Constable Ali Haider, Zahid Maqsood and Zafar Iqbal Kofi of Bhakkar police were awarded with Muah CC One certificate.
