Jeddah, The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has officially condemned the construction and inauguration of the “Ram Temple” on the site of the demolished Babri Mosque in Ayodhya, India, expressing deep concern over the implications for Islamic landmarks.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the OIC General Secretariat has reiterated its long-standing position regarding the preservation of Islamic landmarks. The statement emphasizes the organization’s denunciation of actions that lead to the obliteration of such sites, specifically referencing the historical significance of the Babri Mosque, which had existed at the location for five centuries.
