Lahore: The National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) held a seminar on “Project Management and Dispute Resolution,” featuring a presentation by international expert Dr. Romano Allione. The event, hosted at a Lahore hotel, provided participants with insights into effective project management and conflict resolution strategies.

Dr. Romano Allione, known for his work as a Project Manager at the Tarbela Dam Project, shared his experiences and expertise with attendees. He emphasized the importance of timely decision-making and resource management in project execution. Attendees included NTDC engineers, General Managers, and Chief Engineers.

The seminar also featured remarks from Dr. Fiaz Ahmed Chaudhry, Chairman of the NTDC Board of Directors, who stressed the need for thorough project planning. Managing Director Engr. Muhammad Waseem Younas also praised Dr. Allione’s contributions and encouraged the adoption of his methods.

The session concluded with an interactive Q and A and a vote of thanks from General Manager HR NTDC, Engr. Sohail Mumtaz Bajwa. Dr. Allione received a commemorative shield for his contributions to the field.
