Srinagar, India’s dreaded National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a chargesheet against two youth in fake cases.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the NIA has framed the concocted charges against the youth, which said that they were plotting “to disrupt Jammu & Kashmir’s peace and communal harmony”.
As per the NIA statement, the two were part of a conspiracy “to carry out illegal activities in Jammu and Kashmir”.
It is worth mentioning here that since the illegal action of August 2019, India considers almost every pro-freedom Kashmiri individual as a “criminal” and “anti-India” in oblivion of Jammu and Kashmir’s disputed status under the UN charter. “Label the Kashmiri people anti-India and confiscate their properties” is the present-day policy of the Modi government in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
