Jammu, July 06, 2021 (PPI-OT): Special Judge of India’s notorious, National Investigation Agency (NIA) has framed charges in RSS activist killing case against five Kashmiri youth. Special Judge NIA Jammu Suneet Gupta framed charges against Nisar Ahmed Sheikh, Nisar Ahmed Butt, Azad Hussain Bagwan, Parvaiz Ahmed and Rustam Ali Bagwan u/s 302/307/392/109/120-B/34 of RPC, sections 18/19/39 of UA (P) Act in the killing of RSS activist Chander Kant Sharma who was killed at OPD Block of district Hospital Kishtwar on 9 April, 2019.
