New Training Initiative Launched for Engineering and Project Management Professionals


Islamabad: A new training program aimed at enhancing project management skills for engineering and non-engineering professionals has been introduced, offering methodologies to improve project delivery and optimize resources within the given constraints.



According to Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority, the program is designed for a diverse audience including senior and mid-career professionals, program/project managers, project owners, and students. The initiative, coordinated by the Civil Aviation Training Institute (CATI) in Hyderabad, focuses on ensuring that project goals are met efficiently within scope, time, and budget constraints.



Registration for the program can be completed online or manually, with fees varying based on professional status: senior professionals are charged Rs. 2000, mid-level professionals Rs. 1000, and students and fresh graduates Rs. 500. Additional charges will apply for boarding and lodging at approved CATI rates, while travel expenses must be covered by the nominating institutions or individuals.



Resource person ENGR. Ghulam Murtaza Shaikh, Additional Director of Academics, will lead the sessions, with Mr. Abdul Naeem serving as the focal point for all training support inquiries.
