New Residential Complex Breaks Ground in Zhob to Enhance Local Infrastructure

Zhob: In a significant development for local infrastructure, Commissioner Zhob Division, Mr. Tariqur Rehman, has inaugurated the first phase of the new District Residential Complex in Zhob. This event marks a key step in the district’s development strategy to improve living conditions and municipal facilities.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the foundation laying ceremony was attended by Deputy Commissioner Zhob Mehboob Ahmed, highlighting the project’s importance to the regional administration. The construction of the complex, which spans over 105 acres, is being managed by the C and WCW Department.

The initial phase encompasses the construction of seven villas including the DC House, along with integral infrastructure such as a water supply scheme, roads, and a boundary wall. During his visit, Commissioner Rehman also inspected ongoing works at the CTD Complex in Zhob, where he was briefed about the project’s progress and challenges by the CnW staff.
