Srinagar, October 09, 2023 (PPI-OT): The Income Tax department of India raided multiple locations in the Kashmir valley of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. According to Kashmir Media Service, the Income Tax department Delhi along with Indian forces raided Arco Textile at Lal Mandi, Srinagar, owned by Jameel Aiman, a resident of Sopore A/P Shah Anwar Colony Hyderpora in Srinagar.
Another team headed by Hindutva RSS/BJP officer Sudeep Dabas raided Kashmir Glass Industry owned by Adil Magray and Modern Steel owned by Nisar Ahmad. Both the factories are situated at Phase 3 SIDCO Khunmoh in Srinagar.
In Sopore, the sleuths of the Income Tax department raided the residence of Javaid Ahmad of Arco business group. An official also confirmed that searches were being conducted and details of which will be shared after the conclusion of all searches.
