New Auditorium Inaugurated at Gwadar University’s Technical Institute

Gwadar: Provincial Minister for Planning and Development Zahoor Ahmed Bilidi inaugurated the Mir Ahmed Bakhsh Lahri Auditorium at the Pak China Technical and Vocational Institute, part of the University of Gwadar, highlighting the enhancement of vocational and technical education in the region.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the event was marked by the presence of notable figures including Gwadar University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir, Gwadar Port Chairman Pansand Khan Bilidi, and University of Gwadar Pro Vice Chancellor and Executive Director of the Pak China Technical and Vocational Institute Dr. Manzoor Ahmed. The ceremony was attended by the University’s Controller of Examinations Dr. Rahim Bakhsh Mehr, Registrar Daulat Khan, Dean Faculty, Heads of Departments, dignitaries, faculty members, administrative staff, and local press representatives.

Minister Zahoor Bilidi praised the collaborative efforts of Gwadar University and the Gwadar Port Authority in activating the institute, which is crucial for developing skilled manpower in Gwadar and its surrounding districts. He emphasized that the institution aligns with the developmental goals of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) initiatives.

The Mirahamd Bakhsh Lahri Auditorium is equipped with modern facilities and is designed to host academic conferences, seminars, and other technical training programs. This addition is expected to play a significant role in promoting knowledge sharing and professional development within the institute.

The Pak China Technical and Vocational Institute is committed to advancing technical education and preparing the youth of Gwadar to meet future challenges in the global economy and achieve their career goals.
